An angry person can look just like you, me or anyone else you know. The issue for those of us who have a problem with anger is not that we feel anger; it is the way that we express our anger that leads to hurtful or harmful episodes – for all concerned.
Anger has a function. Without it, we would probably live in a perpetual state of entropy. Anger is closely associated with will, and will is directly linked to our spirit.
See your anger in perspective and be clear about what is yours and what is not yours.
These rules should be etched into your memory. They will enable you to avoid going into angry meltdown, enabling you to deal with your own and other people’s anger safely. With practice, they will become the cornerstone of a new set of healthy habits for managing your anger appropriately.
